1. Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, city and project details. Details may include a room selection and a Pattern Bench layout that you can see and edit before sending. The form also sends the active business phone, source classification and UTM campaign fields.
The supplied handler processes the request date and time and the referring domain, and sends lead details to a Telegram messaging destination. It does not currently save lead CSV files or process the tracking fields. The hosting provider may separately log IP addresses, request times, source pages and browser information. Do not send payment information, identification documents or sensitive information through this form.
2. How we use information
We use contact information to reply, discuss estimates, arrange scheduling and communicate by phone, text or email about your request. A quote request is not a commitment to a price or a start date. We do not use mobile information for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.
3. Cookies and browser technologies
The Pattern Bench runs entirely in your browser. Its choices are not transmitted by the bench; they are sent only if included in a submitted quote form. Our JavaScript uses sessionStorage for the phone-number source and UTM values. Those values normally remain for the browser-tab session and are prepared for inquiry attribution; the supplied handler does not forward those fields.
Google Maps is embedded on this site and may receive your IP address and browser data when the map loads. Google Tag Manager and Analytics can be configured after a valid container is supplied. Until then, the placeholder container is inactive. Trustindex can be configured to display reviews; its loader is not currently installed. Those services may use cookies and other technologies when enabled. Review their policies separately.
5. How we protect your information
The production Apache configuration requires HTTPS/TLS and includes security headers. The handler sends information to Telegram over HTTPS using the host’s cURL default certificate verification; it does not disable verification. Server-side checks validate the required fields and phone format, sanitize the email address and escape notification content.
Access to any CSV, log and dotfiles in the site root is denied by the supplied Apache rules. This handler does not create lead files, and your hosting provider must enable these rules. Limit staff access to notifications, hosting and any later CRM. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We will address suspected breaches and provide notices as required by applicable law, including California Civil Code section 1798.82. The owner must confirm the operational access and retention practices before launch.
6. Retention
Our stated retention policy is up to 24 months after the inquiry, unless a longer period is needed for legal obligations or an ongoing customer relationship. Request deletion at the contact details below. The owner must apply this period to the messaging destination, hosting logs and any later CRM; the supplied handler does not automatically delete stored notifications.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or opt out of further contact. Contact us by email, phone or mail. We aim to respond within 45 days and may need to verify a request before providing information. Legal exceptions may limit deletion. Unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP; ask for assistance by replying HELP or contacting us directly.
8. California residents
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA where those laws apply, including rights to know, access, delete and correct personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not request sensitive personal information through the quote form. We will not discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Browser Do Not Track signals do not currently change the site’s data handling. Our own storage remains limited to session attribution; configured third-party services may have their own controls. Contact us if you need an alternative way to make a request.
9. Calls and text messages
By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted about the request by phone, text or email. Message frequency depends on the inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for help, or call us. Consent to messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
10. Children and third-party links
The site is intended for adults arranging tile work and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it. Third-party links and embedded services are governed by their own privacy policies.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The Last updated date identifies the latest revision.
